21-Day Transformation Journey
Next up on the agenda of millions all around the world? Set resolutions.
Alas, the sobering reality is that most resolutions fail to result in lasting transformation. Research shows that only 8% of people actually achieve their goals.
The definition of resolution? “A firm decision to do or not do something.”
8%….not so firm.
Why does this happen? Often, it’s because resolutions are vague, lack a clear plan, or aren’t rooted in meaningful purpose. Failed resolutions can leave people feeling worse than if they’d not stated them in the first place —another notch in the belt of self-doubt, self-deprication, and distrust.
But it doesn’t have to be this way. Transformation is possible, but it requires more than just thinking your way to change—it requires intention, structure, and daily action.
That’s where this 21-Day Transformation Challenge comes in. This challenge combines thought-provoking reflections with actionable daily challenges to help you create real, sustainable change.
Here’s the deal though…this specific 21 days of content really isn’t all that powerful. There’s nothing magic about the reflection or the challenges. The power is found in your follow-through. Do something like this for 21 days and I can almost guarantee you’ll see glimpses of a different person when you look in the mirror.
Don’t wait any longer to demand the best from yourself and for yourself. You are worthy of being the version of yourself you dream of.
Here’s to your 2025 journey.
The Journey
How It Works
You’ll get a post each night right here on The Better Way substack. That post will come with the content for the next day’s journey.
Daily Reflection: Each day starts with a short reflection to inspire self-awareness and introspection. These reflections are designed to help you think deeply about who you are becoming and what matters most to you.
Daily Challenge: Action is the key to turning vision into reality. Each day features a challenge that is specific, measurable, and accessible. These tasks are designed to stretch you while remaining achievable.
Daily Prompt: This will act as a trigger for the day’s content & challenge. This should help get your internal dialogue started or give you clear ideas of how to execute the day’s challenge.
Movement: Movement is a critical part of the challenge. Every day, you are expected to complete at least 10 minutes of intentional movement—walking, running, bodyweight exercises, yoga, or any activity that gets your body moving continuously. Physical movement is foundational to holistic health and transformation, enhancing your mental clarity, emotional stability, and overall energy.

Day 1 / 21
Day 1: Who Are You Becoming?
Reflection:
Transformation isn’t just about what you achieve—it’s about who you become in the process. What kind of person do you want to be? This should qualitative and not quantitative. Think beyond measurable goals and envision the qualities, character, and mindset you want to embody. Courageous? Grateful? Resilient? Begin with that vision.
Challenge: Write down one quality or mindset you want to cultivate during this challenge (e.g., patience, self-confidence, or gratitude). Reflect on why it matters to you and how your life could change by embodying it.
Prompt: Who is the best version of yourself? How does that version show up in the world, and what quality would help you step closer to that vision?
Benefit: Helps you clarify your purpose and anchor your transformation in deeper, intrinsic values.
